This project focuses on analyzing a real digital transformation initiative: the University of Houston’s transition from an older learning management system to Canvas, a modern, cloud-based platform used across higher education.

The goal of the project was to examine how UH planned, executed, and managed this transformation—covering technology adoption, change management, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and long-term organizational impact.
